Nach einer genauen Untersuchung geht es anfangs darum, Bewegung und Beweglichkeit wiederzuerlangen. Im Anschluss daran soll durch gezielte \u00dcbungen und Techniken die Belastbarkeit des K\u00f6rpers verbessert werden, um f\u00fcr den Alltag und intensiveres Training bestm\u00f6glich ger\u00fcstet zu sein. Mit einem gezielten Trainingsplan arbeiten wir dann an der Wiederaufnahme der gew\u00fcnschten sportlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten und steigern Ihre zuk\u00fcnftige Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit. Um Ihnen zu helfen, Ihre Ziele bestm\u00f6glich zu erreichen, gliedern wir unsere Therapie meist in drei sich \u00fcberlappende Bereiche. Diese erhalten sie von der \u00c4rztin\/vom Arzt Ihres Vertrauens, die\/der zur Ausstellung dieser Verordnung berechtigt ist. Die Verordnung muss neben pers\u00f6nlichen Daten<br \/>\n\u2022 eine medizinische Diagnose<br \/>\n\u2022 die Anzahl der Behandlungseinheiten und<br \/>\n\u2022 die verordnete Behandlung<br \/>\nbeinhalten.<br \/>\nOhne \u00e4rztliche Verordnung k\u00f6nnen Sie unsere Leistungen nur pr\u00e4ventiv in Anspruch nehmen.<br \/>\nPr\u00e4ventive Leistungen d\u00fcrfen berufsrechtlich nur an Gesunde erbracht werden. Sollten Sie z.B. unter Schmerzen leiden oder sollten Ihnen andere behandlungsbed\u00fcrftige Leiden bekannt sein oder auftreten, teilen Sie uns dies sofort mit.<\/p>\n<h3>1.2. Verrechnung der Behandlungskosten<\/h3>\n<p>Die Kosten der Behandlung bemessen sich nach einer Kombination aus Einzelleistung, ben\u00f6tigter Zeit und eventuell f\u00fcr die Behandlung ben\u00f6tigtem Material und werden Ihnen bei Behandlungsbeginn bekannt gegeben. Wir haben keinen Vertrag mit Ihrem Krankenversicherungstr\u00e4ger. Sie begleichen die Kosten direkt mit uns als Wahltherapeuten und suchen bei Ihrem zust\u00e4ndigen Krankenversicherungstr\u00e4ger um teilweisen R\u00fcckersatz gem\u00e4\u00df dem Kassentarif\/satzungsm\u00e4\u00dfigen Kostenzuschuss an. Angaben zum zu erwartenden Kostenersatz\/Kostenzuschuss k\u00f6nnen nur unter Vorbehalt der Entscheidung Ihres Sozialversicherungstr\u00e4gers gegeben werden.<\/p>\n<h3>1.3. Chef\u00e4rztliche Genehmigung Ihres Krankenversicherungstr\u00e4gers<\/h3>\n<p>Ihr Krankenversicherungstr\u00e4ger \u00fcbernimmt einen Teil der Behandlungskosten. Dazu ben\u00f6tigen Sie eine Bewilligung der \u00e4rztlichen Verordnung durch die chef\u00e4rztliche Abteilung Ihrer zust\u00e4ndigen Krankenversicherung. Damit bewilligt der Krankenversicherungstr\u00e4ger die R\u00fcckerstattung der anteiligen Kosten\/des satzungsm\u00e4\u00dfigen Kostenzuschusses nach erfolgter Durchf\u00fchrung der Behandlung und nach Begleichung der Behandlungskosten aufgrund der gleichzeitig mit der chef\u00e4rztlich bewilligten Verordnung vorgelegten Honorarnote.<\/p>\n<h3>1.4. Befunde<\/h3>\n<p>Eine fachgerechte Behandlung erfordert eine ausf\u00fchrliche Erstbegutachtung. Dabei sind wir auf Ihre Mithilfe angewiesen. Daher werden Sie gebeten, zum ersten Termin alle relevanten Befunde mitzubringen.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Wie gestaltet sich der Ablauf der Therapie?<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1. Grunds\u00e4tze der Behandlung<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Gesetz: Die Behandlung erfolgt in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den einschl\u00e4gigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, insbesondere dem Bundesgesetz \u00fcber die Regelung der gehobenen medizinisch-technischen Dienste in der geltenden Fassung. Ohne Ihr Wollen werden diese Informationen keiner anderen Person weitergegeben. Sollte sich eine weitere Informationsweitergabe aus medizinisch-therapeutischen Gr\u00fcnden als sinnvoll und notwendig erweisen, werden wir mit Ihnen dar\u00fcber beraten. Dasselbe gilt f\u00fcr die Weitergabe der aus gesetzlichen Gr\u00fcnden verpflichtenden Dokumentation.<\/p>\n<h3>2.4. Dokumentation<\/h3>\n<p>Wir sind gesetzlich zur Dokumentation u.a. der therapeutischen Ma\u00dfnahmen in einer Krankengeschichte verpflichtet.\u00a0 Nach Beendigung der Behandlung verbleibt die Dokumentation bei uns und wird \u00fcber den gesetzlich verpflichtenden Zeitraum von 10 Jahren aufbewahrt.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Was sollten Sie \u00fcber die Kosten der Behandlung wissen?<\/h2>\n<h3>3.1. H\u00f6he der Kosten<\/h3>\n<p>Die Kosten bemessen sich nach einer Kombination aus Einzelleistung, ben\u00f6tigter Zeit und eventuell f\u00fcr die Behandlung ben\u00f6tigtem Material. Die Kosten der individuell in Aussicht genommenen Behandlung werden Ihnen von uns zu Beginn der Behandlung mitgeteilt.<\/p>\n<h3>3.2. Zahlungsmodus<\/h3>\n<p>Wir stellen Ihnen bei Ende der Behandlung (bzw. Behandlungssitzungen der \u00e4rztlichen Verordnung) eine Honorarnote \u00fcber die Gesamtkosten der Behandlungssitzungen aus.<br \/>\nFolgenden Zahlungsmodus k\u00f6nnen Sie mit uns vereinbaren:<br \/>\n\u2022 Barzahlung<br \/>\n\u2022 Zahlung mit Erlagschein\/Bank\u00fcberweisung<br \/>\nMit uns vereinbaren Sie den Zeitpunkt der Bezahlung (F\u00e4lligkeit) \u2013 er ist der Honorarnote zu entnehmen. Geraten Sie mit der vereinbarten Zahlungsmodalit\u00e4t in Verzug, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Verzugszinsen in der gesetzlich zul\u00e4ssigen H\u00f6he von 4 % in Rechnung zu stellen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr im Zusammenhang mit nicht entsprechend der F\u00e4lligkeit bezahlten Honorarforderungen durchgef\u00fchrte Mahnungen bemessen sich die erhobenen Mahnspesen f\u00fcr die erste Mahnung auf Euro 15,\u2013, f\u00fcr die zweite Mahnung auf Euro 25,\u2013 und f\u00fcr die dritte Mahnung auf Euro 35,\u2013. Die Gesamtkosten der Behandlung ergeben sich daher aus der Honorarforderung zuz\u00fcglich etwaiger, anfallender Verzugszinsen und Mahnspesen.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Was ist Ihr Anteil an einer erfolgreichen Behandlung?<\/h2>\n<p>Wir begleiten Sie auf Ihrem ganz pers\u00f6nlichen Weg und stehen Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Im Rahmen der Erstbegutachtung werden Behandlungsziel und -Ma\u00dfnahmen besprochen und vereinbart. Eine erfolgreiche Behandlung setzt voraus, dass Sie uns \u00fcber Ihren Gesundheitszustand Auskunft geben und die mit den aktuellen Beschwerden in Zusammenhang stehenden sowie bisher vorgenommenen Untersuchungen und Behandlungen. Wir unterst\u00fctzen Sie dabei durch gezielte Fragestellungen.<br \/>\nZur Erreichung des bestm\u00f6glichen Behandlungserfolges ist Ihre Mithilfe unentbehrlich. Mithilfe kann bedeuten, bestimmte Handlungsanleitungen zu befolgen, erlernte \u00dcbungen zu wiederholen oder gewisse Handlungen zu unterlassen.<br \/>\nErhalten wir den Eindruck, dass der Behandlungserfolg z.B. mangels Ihrer Mithilfe nicht erreichbar erscheint, werde wir\u00a0Sie darauf ansprechen und versuchen, eine L\u00f6sung anzubieten.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Wie sagen Sie einen vereinbarten Behandlungstermin ab?<\/h2>\n<p>K\u00f6nnen Sie einen vereinbarten Behandlungstermin nicht wahrnehmen, werden Sie ersucht, uns dies unverz\u00fcglich \u2013 sp\u00e4testens aber werktags 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin \u2013 mitzuteilen. Andernfalls behalten wir uns das Recht vor, den nicht wahrgenommenen Termin in der H\u00f6he jener Kosten, die Sie auch bei durchgef\u00fchrter Behandlung zu zahlen gehabt h\u00e4tten, in Rechnung zu stellen.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Wann endet die Behandlung?<\/h2>\n<p>Die \u00e4rztliche Verordnung begrenzt den Umfang der Behandlung. Sollte eine Behandlung dar\u00fcber hinaus notwendig sein, ben\u00f6tigen Sie eine neue (falls Sie eine R\u00fcckerstattung w\u00fcnschen auch chef\u00e4rztlich bewilligte) \u00e4rztliche Verordnung.<br \/>\nDie Behandlung endet \u00fcblicherweise im Einvernehmen. Sowohl Ihnen als auch uns steht es dar\u00fcber hinaus frei, die Behandlung jederzeit und ohne Angabe von Gr\u00fcnden abzubrechen. Wir werden uns insbesondere zum Abbruch der Behandlung entscheiden, wenn wir der Meinung sind, dass die Behandlung nicht zum gew\u00fcnschten beziehungsweise vereinbarten Erfolg f\u00fchrt oder medizinisch-therapeutisch andere Behandlungsma\u00dfnahmen angezeigt sind.<br \/>\nDasselbe gilt, wenn uns die Behandlung aus therapeutischer Sicht nicht mehr verantwortbar erscheint oder Sie den vereinbarten Zahlungsmodus nicht einhalten. Bei vorzeitiger Beendigung gelangen jene Behandlungssitzungen zur Verrechnung, die Sie tats\u00e4chlich in Anspruch genommen haben. Eine Ausnahme stellen nicht rechtzeitig abgesagte Termine dar (siehe dazu oben).<\/p>\n<h2>7.
